Jakks is set to release a wide range of TNA Action Figures, and it looks like our very own Angelina Love will be getting her very own! Velvet Sky will also be getting one, it appears these are the only two Knockouts getting an action figure, for now atleast. Angelina is set to be in the “Deluxe iMPACT! Series Four (2011)” edition of Action Figures, with it saying “2011″ im not entirely sure if it means it will be released in 2011 or not, but ill keep you guys posted! Hopefully we see some photos soon!
This is a bikini that Angelina Love wore on TNA Impact! in the Fall of 2008 during the first ever Beautiful People Beauty Pageant. This was the bikini that won Angelina the round. Question 1: Do you miss working with Velvet & Madison in The Beautiful People or do you prefer working as a singles competitor? If not, would you like to rejoin The Beautiful People someday or make your own new tag team?
Being a co-creator of The Beautiful People along with Velvet was a lot of fun. We had some awesome experiences together and having Madison thrown into the mix just added to it. I definitely liked being in a group but I’m a very independent woman and liked doing some things on my own as well. So I guess I’m a “have my cake and eat it too” kind of girl because I really liked both!
Question 2: Not many people know, but your real name is ‘Lauren’, where did the name ‘Angel’ come from, as you have used it throughout the indys, do you prefer it over Lauren?
Ever since I was a little girl, I always had a fascination with angels. I loved how they represented beauty and innocence. So it was pretty easy to choose that as my name. I always introduce myself with my real name, Lauren, but everyone just ends of calling me Angel lol. Its cool either way.
Since there havent been alot of updates due to Angelina’s Injury, i thought to speed up some updates, every Sunday we will have a little blast from the past from Angel’s career.
On our first edition i take you back to last year, when Angelina was still very much apart of The Beautiful People! Aswell as being the Knockouts Champion, she defeated Sojo Bolt to retain her belt, accompanied by Madison Rayne, Velvet Sky & Cute Kip, after the match they all celebrated, untill Angelina got on the mic, and asked Kip why he was still hanging around with The Beautiful People. She complains that she fired him a few weeks ago, and that he couldnt even take care of Kong for her, she then again kicked Kip out of the group and he stormed off.
Angelina then goes onto saying how many times does she have to beat the same Knockouts again and again, she then offers to anyone in the back to take her on, she laughs and then music hits, making her iMPACT! Debut, Victoria, also known as Tara came out and attacked all three members of The Beautiful People. Tara gets on the Mic and accepts Angelina’s challenge.
