For trademark purposes, Williams began competing under the ring name “Angelina Love”. Love then formed a partnership with Velvet Sky, calling themselves “Velvet-Love Entertainment”, later changed to “The Beautiful People”. The duo defeated ODB and Roxxi Laveaux at Turning Point in a Knockouts Tag Team match. Love and Sky became villains on the March 13 edition of Impact by forcing a makeover on Laveaux followed by attacking her. Love also participated at Lockdown in the first ever “Queen of the Cage” match where the first two ladies to make it in the cage would have a singles match; Love made it into the cage but was pinned by Laveaux.

Love participated in the Make Over battle royal-ladder match at Sacrifice, and was the runner-up. Love then cost Kim a match against Awesome Kong, costing her the chance of winning the Knockout Title. The Beautiful People hired Moose to join their team to face off with the team of Laveaux, ODB and Kim at Slammiversary, but lost. Love then received singles matches on pay-per-view, falling to Kim at Victory Road and unsuccessfully challenging Taylor Wilde at No Surrender for the Women’s Knockout Championship.

Since Cute Kip has gone and come twice! After Angelina won the TNA Knockouts Title, Kong took out all the members of the beautiful people including their newest member Madison Rayne. With no members left Love had 1 more option left and that was to get Kip back, which he failed at on his return, after Love’s match with Sojo Bolt, Love took the mic and asked why Kip was still with them after he couldnt do what she asked for, she then fired him from the group again leaving Madison, Velvet & herself the only members of The Beautiful People.

The Beautiful People lived on and Madison was eventually kicked out of the group, due to the fact she cost Angelina the Knockouts title, Angelina & Velvet continued to get their own back on Madison every way possible. During the time, the Knockout Tag Team titles were introduced and Angelina & Velvet made their way to the finals, defeating Madison & Roxxi to get to the Semi, and then Christy Hemme & Tara to advance to the finals, on that night Madison apologised to The Beautiful People and they all made up, thus Madison becoming part of The Beautiful People again. It was a few days after Angelina Love was released from her contract due to Visa issues, leaving Velvet & Madison the only members of The Beautiful People.

At the start of 2010, Angelina Love made her debut return to TNA, sitting in the crowd and cheering her former team mates on, Lacey Von Erich was introduced as the newest member of The Beautiful People just months before. During that match The Beautiful People came up on the loosing end, with Madison appearing to be hurt, Angelina jumped into the ring to check on her former Partner, but soon turning on the three by taking out Lacey, and then turning her intensions to Velvet. Since then The Beautiful People have wanted nothing more but to get back at Angelina for what she did.
